Project Background
There are three existing 240t/h high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boilers. Before denitration, the NOX concentration is about 600mg/ Nm3, and the design value of low nitrogen +SNCR emission concentration is ≤200mg/ Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis). In actual operation, the highest value is 280mg/ Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis), which cannot meet the relevant requirements of ultra-low emission. At present, it is planned to carry out ultra-low emission on the boilers, aiming to reach the NOX emission concentration in the the level of 30~50mg/Nm3 (6% oxygen content in dry basis).

Adopt the latest national standard or general international standard

Technical Characteristics

SCR denitration efficiency is 89.3 ~ 82.15%;

When SCR is put into normal operation, the ammonia escape concentration of denitration device is 2.02.5 ppm;

When SCR is put into normal operation, the conversion rate of SO2/SO3 is less than 0.75%;

The availability rate of the whole denitration system is more than 98% in one year after the formal handover;

Under the condition of BMCR and the NOx concentration in flue gas: 600mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen), Party B shall ensure that the urea consumption of each furnace is ≤ 255kg/h (total consumption of SNCR and SCR system).
