Low NOx and high efficiency combustion technology relies on the School of Thermal Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University , Institute of Thermal Energy Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Clean Utilization of Energy, and National Environmental Protection Coal-fired Air Pollution Control Engineering Technology Center. It has a number of unique patented technologies and won national and provincial awards for many times.

In order to guarantee the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, this technology was successfully put into operation in Beijing No.1 Thermal Power Plant, which was the first low-NOx combustion device in China. Among various technologies to reduce NOx emission, low NOx and high efficiency combustion technology is the most widely used, convenient to control and operate, low in operating cost and high in efficiency.

    Low-NOx combustion and low-load stable combustion technology won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.

     

    The removal rate of NOx can reach 40% ~ 70%, at the same time, it can ensure the efficient combustion of the boiler, improve the coking condition of the boiler, and has a wide range of coal adaptability, which can enhance the low-load stable combustion of the boiler.

     

    It is suitable for combustion control of various fuels, such as solid fuels(bituminous coal, lean coal, anthracite, lignite), liquid fuels (oil and coal water slurry) and gas fules( natural gas,dry gas).

     

    It has independently developed, designed, processed and manufactured core devices such as adjustable pulverized coal concentration and low NOx burner, high-efficiency intensified combustion nozzle, etc.

     

    This technology has adjustable pulverized coal concentration combustion, low oxygen combustion, staged combustion of fuel, design of offset peripheral air, tangential combustion of primary and secondary air, staged combustion of multi-stage SOFA air, re-burning of fuel, opening rate of hood, separation and circulation efficiency, water cooling screen and flue gas re-circulation combustion.


    Coal-fired boilers:pulverized coal furnace, fluidized bed furnace, grate furnace and coal-water slurry furnace.

    According to the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides in pulverized coal combustion, the way to suppress the formation reaction of NOx in the combustion process and thus reduce the final emission level of NOx via air classification, fuel classification, rich-lean combustion, etc. Is called

    low-NOx combustion technology.
